Every child grows and flourishes best in the caring environment of a loving family and a loving church family. That is why at Every Child Ministries, when we see places where there is no Bible-teaching church, we feel we should get involved. Every child should have the opportunity for the teaching, correction, discipline, fellowship, loving care, and opportunities for service that the local church offers. Children who come to faith in Jesus are God's children, and they should have the opportunity to experience all the joys that their family connection to God's people allows them.

In recent years Every Child Ministries has been pleased to sponsor three church planting projects in cooperation with South Shore Baptist Church in Chicago (now called Christ Bible Church). If your church would like to sponsor a church planter in a needy area of either Ghana or Congo, ECM would be glad to discuss the possibilities with your church leaders.

Many times church planting projects can be greatly enhanced when God's people are able to meet some of the urgent needs of the community. Development and Christian compassion are great door-openers!  For instance, through the generosity of one of our partners, Every Child Ministries was able to build a village well for one of the villages where a church is being planted.
