Any taxi driver can take you to the "Centre International d'Evangélisation à Binza IPN." ECM is called "Ministères pour Chaque Enfant" in Congo and is located in the ‘Gloire à Dieu' building.

From the Kamwokya area of Kampala, take Gayaza Road north.  Branch slightly left at the Kasangati Police Station to the Kyankyima area.  Turn left again at Kasangati Resort, then left on J. Kizito Rd.  The office is well marked.
